Service
Service generally lasts for around 2.5 hours for 100 pizzas. We generally set up around 2 hours before your suggested service time.
We provide a rectangular service area of around 9 metres that allows your guests to view and enjoy the theatrics of the preparation and the oven. We provide biodegradable plates and napkins as part of your package.
Our Little Hat Tipi is a Nordic canopy with a diameter of over 5 metres. It provides shelter for your guests and is illuminated with hundreds of fairy lights. It really is a focal point for conversation and service.
The pizzas are cut, served and presented on hot plates. This allows your guests choice whilst not waiting around unnecessarily for the next pizza to bake. Alternatively, we can provide a whole pizza in a box.
A service charge of £200 is applied to all orders. This cost covers preparation, removal of refuse and associated insurances.

The minimum order is 80 pizzas and can be a choice of any from our menu.
Logistics
We do require a 13amp plug to power our magical fairy lights and disco ball within the Little Hat Tipi.
Our Pizza Trailer is towed on the back of a large sprinter van. If you are unsure, we are happy to conduct a site visit. We charge £50 for a site visit to cover fuel and staff costs. This is refunded upon confirmation of the booking.
Delivery is free within 40 miles of TN12. £3 per mile is charged thereafter.
